Blaine County Alcohol Distillery and Spirits Safety Act

Introduction and Purpose​

Introduction of this act is to legalize possession and creation of Moonshine with in Blaine County

Constitutional Justification​

The B.A.D.A.S.S. Act adheres to the Constitution of San Andreas, specifically in:

Article II, which empowers local governments to regulate commerce, industry, and safety within their jurisdictions.

Article III, ensuring that the health and safety of citizens is protected while supporting industries like the alcohol trade.

Details​

Moonshine distilling equipment is no longer illegal within Blaine County.

Moonshine products created from moonshine stills in no longer illegal with in Blaine County

Implementation Plan

This legislation shall be immediately implemented once passed the approval process

Conclusion

This is the first step to legalize and open up industry and production of things within the North. This will allow for future legislation on the licensing and regulation of the moonshine industries.
